Number of posts, classification and scale of pay; </strong></em></p> <p align="left"><em><strong>post, its classification and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2)</strong></em></p> <p align="left"><em><strong>to (4) of the Schedule </strong></em></p> <p align="left"><em><strong>3.
